For best results, we recommend submitting:
- PNG (preferred)
- AI or EPS (flattened where applicable)

Orders placed before 12:00 PM may ship the same business day or be available for local same-day pickup, depending on production status and order readiness.
Availability is confirmed after files are received and approved for production.
Local pickup availability is shown during checkout when applicable.

Q: Do you check files before printing?
Yes. Files are reviewed for production quality only.
If a file does not meet basic production standards (resolution, sizing, print readiness), it may be rejected before printing.

Yes. A small test tier is available for customers who need to validate output before larger runs. Test orders are still subject to file requirements and production standards.

Orders are packed and shipped once production is complete. Shipping options and tracking details are provided at checkout and upon shipment.
Q: How long does production take?
Orders received and approved before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically are printed + ship the same business day.
Orders received after this cutoff are processed the following business day.
Local pickup availability is confirmed once production is complete.
